I would like to put some of my poetry on this site, but I don't know ANYONE yet, so I'd rather not post it and see it in print under somebody else's name. However, if you comment me and leave an email address, I'll chat a lil bit with you and then send you a piece of mine that I think you'd enjoy. I write mainly darker-themed poems, about love lost and love that never was, as well as the tragedy of clowns, poems for thought, and custom poems for people (I do that free, all I ask is recognition for the poem; use my name or say that "a guy I know" wrote this). - I'm a twin, a brother, a son, a 4x nationally-published poet, a gay rights activist, a roadie, a father (at one time, I was to be), a best friend, a matchmaker, an advice dispenser, rolemodel, a clown, and yet I suffer from depression from years of torment because of my beliefs and means of self-expression. I write to express myself, starting as a coping mechanism and turning into a means to show those who don't understand me more than I could ever tell them; all it takes is a moment of pure thought. I would LOVE to meet people who understand what it's like to be at the bottom of it all, to hear their stories and be able to ask questions and learn from their experiences. I would love to meet people with an interest in clowns, jokers, or jesters of any kind. PRIMARILY I would like to interact with artists, like and unlike myself, who use the arts (any form) to express themselves.
